Summer Rentals

June 29 -September 3

Weekly rate  $1800

Friday to Friday rental check in 4pm  check out 11am

Rates are based on a max. occupancy of 8 people. Additional charges will be issued for parties larger than 8. No guests unless identified on the rental agreement.

 

June 1 to June 29

Weekly rate  $1500

January 1-June 1 and

September 3-December 31

Weekend rentals available at $275.00/night min. 2 night stay

Weekday rentals available at $200.00/night

Weekly rental $1300.00

Monthly Rental $2500.00 plus utilities

Monthly rentals available please call for further details

Holidays and holiday weekends are available at $300.00/night min. 3 night stay

Rental Terms:

1/3 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Remainder is required 30 days prior to start date.

$300.00 security deposit is required during final payment.

Reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to stay will receive a full refund. Failure to cancel before this deadline will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please note all rental fees are subject to 13% GST

 

NOTE: it is your responsibility to ensure the property is left clean and tidy. Cleaning materials are supplied. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your security deposit.

 

Mature adults and families only please. Guests must be identified on the rental agreement.
